Qualifications and Experience
After completing a Certificate II Business Administration Traineeship at The Newcastle Herald, Catherine moved to London where she lived for 5 years. Catherine spent some time temping in London, where she gained a breadth of experience across reception, secretarial and PA roles and it was here that she secured her first job as an Office Manager, running the offices of two very busy Public Relations firms and leading a team of reception staff.
On returning home to Newcastle, Catherine made a switch from the glitz and glamour of the media world to the health industry, where she has performed Office Management/Leadership roles for the past 10 years. Catherine has completed a Certificate IV in Business and several other training courses, including:
- Time and Priority Management
- Business Writing
- Microsoft Excel
- Work Health and Safety
- First Aid
Catherine is passionate about continuous improvement and sees this as the key to providing our clients with an exceptional service that has the ability to make a positive difference in our client's lives.
